The One Pass Rate is a fixed nightly rate based on the hotel's average room rate, not a floating percentage. It runs from $39 a night at budget properties, up to $89 for hotels averaging $200–$299.99, and 65% off for properties averaging $300 or more. So a room that normally sells for $200–$280 books at a flat $89 — frequently 55–65% below the public rate, and the saving grows on peak dates when public prices spike.
