Yes. Credits are genuine qualifying status nights that Accor ALL counts toward all tier thresholds — identical to nights earned from qualifying paid hotel stays.
The Accor ALL programme year runs from 1 February to 31 January. Status nights only count toward the programme year in which they are credited. If you are purchasing near the January cut-off, confirm timing with us before ordering.
Status nights from all participating Accor brands — Sofitel, MGallery, Fairmont, Raffles, Pullman, Swissôtel, Novotel, Mercure, ibis, and others — count toward the same Accor ALL status thresholds.
Check your current status night count in the Accor ALL app, then subtract from your target tier (Silver: 10, Gold: 30, Platinum: 60, Diamond: 100). Purchase that number of credits.
Yes. Contact us before purchase for orders of 5 or more nights — the per-night price is reduced on larger orders. Particularly relevant for pushing from Gold (30) to Platinum (60).
