IHG One Pass is an eligibility-based colleague programme, not a public employee discount for unrestricted resale. The official IHG One Pass terms govern.

Eligibility and presence

IHG describes One Pass as exclusive to colleagues and their closest friends/family. The reserving Pass Holder must present identification, check in and stay throughout. Booking limits are shared with the colleague.

No-sale rule

IHG tells Pass Holders not to sell or trade One Pass rates and may revoke benefits for misuse, unauthorized rate activity, sale or barter. Charging for “access” or delivering credentials does not create valid eligibility.

Published limits

  • Rates may be booked up to 180 days ahead.
  • Plus Ones share 30 nights; Friends share 50 nights.
  • Maximum two rooms per night for each programme rate.
  • Stays cannot exceed seven nights.
  • Compliant programme-rate stays are elite qualifying and earn points.

Seller listing

LuxuryAscent has advertised packages from $499 in this article. That is a seller price, not an IHG fee or proof of nomination. Do not buy an offer described as employee-equivalent access without a valid colleague connection. Require the official eligibility category and written authorization; otherwise use a public IHG rate.
