Frequently Asked Questions
Will Priority Pass work in the US?
Yes — but with caveats. Most major US Priority Pass lounges are independent lounges (The Club, Plaza Premium, etc.) rather than airline lounges. Coverage is strong at LAX, JFK, ORD, MIA, ATL, DFW, SFO. Restaurant credits in the US (typically $28/person at Cibo Express, Bobby Hotel, etc.) are particularly valuable.
Can I bring a guest?
Depends on the tier. Prestige covers the cardholder only. Select tiers cover the cardholder plus 2, 3, or unlimited guests depending on which tier you choose at checkout. Each guest visit on the unlimited-guest tier is included with no per-visit fee.
How is this different from getting Priority Pass via Amex Platinum?
Amex Platinum bundles Priority Pass Select but excludes restaurants from the Priority Pass network, caps guests at 2, and the membership ends if you cancel the Amex. Our standalone membership has no restaurant exclusion, full guest privileges on the higher tiers, and isn't dependent on a credit-card relationship.
